"We had a fabulous lunch. Thanks to the chef. But certainly also thanks to the good advice we were given by Raimundo (hope I spell his name right). When we told him what we liked it recommended a few dishes and explained them very well. The raw tuna was delicious, the award winning tapa of biscuit, solomillo and caramelized onion very creative. Beautiful presentation, nice selection of wine by the glass. Nespresso coffee. Next time we are in Mérida it will be the place we go to."
