"My girlfriend and I decided to spent a long week end in Alsace and wanted to also have once a great local dinner. We chose Frankenberg and were very absolutely delighted by the delicate service, sublime location, amazing food over several hours, local wine suited...to each course and overall the amazing experience of gastronomical food! "Last week. You should be in bad faith not to enjoy the meal. the dishes are all very fine and very well executed. Small flat with respect to the dish where the serving of fish was really thin but forgotten by an exquisite sauce. A modern and old mixing frame (walls with some spider canvases but it happens to all of us ;) very good wine choice by sommelier, however, its service can be improved by some details as not to make the following wine taste too early to taste the previous until the end, and not forget to serve the spouse who drinks only water! Good evening overall, to be recommended."
