the place had a great view and the food was nice. we had the aubergine concarnate and grilled chicken. it was our favorite dinner in hloboc.
nice place to eat (bicol express) was delicious, but we waited soouu long (about 1h) for our food, and when the food arrived, we had to wait for our drinks!
the atmosphere was really nice and the food was really delicious. it is along the road and with views of the rice fields. they can also see the flow on the day.
Came here for brunch and really enjoyed the eggplant com carne (they even left out the pork for us and the vegetable curry. Garlic rice is a must. Great choice...
