I have eaten in this village many times over the years but this is the first time in this restaurant. The experience was good. The €20 lunchtime menu was wide ranging and offered good value for money. The fish soup was excellent served will the usual accompaniments. The menu course of sole was equally as good. We stopped here for lunch enroute to Biarritz as it has great reviews. The service was almost hostile - our French is not great but we try but waitress just kept rolling her eyes in frustration. Only real positive was kids menu at 6 euro was good value but then was almost raw hamburger, so hard to get too enthusiastic. My fish was average, husbands steak awful.
