"This Landes institution, which dates from 1910, draws its reputation from the generations who have succeeded one another in the kitchen or in the dining room. A reputation such that many VRPs, truck drivers, hunters, tourists and gourmets once left the national 10 to make a detour and stop at this restaurant. It's always like that... "We were very welcome and we had a very good time. The kitchen is traditional Landes and made with local products. The dishes are hearty and we enjoyed the entrance to dessert. A gascon hamburger to fall, the meats were tender, tasteful, cooked to our taste, homemade fries, a delicious charcuterie, a very hearty salad with crudities, slices of magret, poached foie gras... excellent and huge benefits.... Thanks to the whole team as well as to Mélissah for its reception and professionalism."
