By far the best cooking school in Australia. A true paddock to plate experience. I have attended several times and I'm never disappointed. Highly recommended.
This was quite an interesting and somewhat exhausting experience visiting chef Rodney Dunn at his cooking school out in the countryside.

"We went for the ribs, but stayed for everything else! The ribs were wondrously tender with an awesome rich sauce. Tacos and wings were excellent with the waffle fries. You must also try the brownie (if you have room!"

"The beer selection is fantastic! We popped here one evening for a bite to eat and the beer, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant has a range of seating options both indoors and out, from high tables to long group tables. A laid back vibe with ordering at the bar, the food was warm and delicious, the beer cold and refreshing. Slightly cold inside as all the doors were open, but that’s the only criticism I can give. Whilst it won’t be winning any Michelin stars, it does what it’s trying to do perfectly! If we are back in Tassie we will be back to do the brewery tour!"

"Lovely lunch for four of us Patchwork Cafe for a friend’s birthday, all enjoyed our food, and a big treat was sitting outside on a sunny autumn day with Andrew playing the guitar. Friendly service and good food. Will travel back for sure."
