If you want to close at 8:45 then you should change your hours of operation. The mall closes at 9 pm. Not 8:45.It has been a long time since I've had a positive experience at an A&W. I think corporate should really rethink who they give franchises to or whoever manages their stores because every time we go, we regret it. View all feedback.
