Wow.. .Reached 11 PM today even though they are closed , they not only allow me to enter and serve but employee explained and took my custom cake order for tomorrow, which is very last minute and less than 24 hours , but still they took order. My wife was so impressed with customer service they are providing towards customer by employee of this location!!! View all feedback.
What Tara Smith doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Walked in and 5 employees were chatting behind the counter. Took my order and made it wrong because of their talking. Lack of good customer service and quality ice cream. Not worth my $12. View all feedback.
Ice cream is made really well. No complaints. Staff could be friendlier.
We come here for the pre packaged ice cream. Gold medal ribbon is my families favourite. It’s 31% off if you go on the 31st of the month.
