The noodles here were really flavorful. The menu is customizable (you can choose the type of noodle, noodle texture, spice level and even the level of numbness , so you really tailor the dish to suit your preferences. What Jayson Z doesn't like about Hey Noodles:
We ordered the vegetarian dry mixed noodles, the egg noodle with pork ribs, minced meat on the side, and an order of popcorn chicken. Overall the noodles were okay, a bit overcooked and not as much chew/ QQ as I would have liked, however maybe we just got an off batch but the popcorn chicken really had a off putting smell taste. Seems like the batch we ordered were maybe sitting out for too long. View all feedback.
