What kelley ditchburn doesn't like about Starbucks:
From the Starbucks inside the main building. Ordered 2 cold chai lattes as large as they had. With light ice. Got 2 large cups of milk with ice.....very disappointed. View all feedback.
The starbucks inside the on- route do not accept Starbucks rewards, Starbucks app, Amex. Moreover, they did not have topics for drinks. I was told the store is privately owned, and they have their own rules (they do whatever they want). Isn't Starbucks a franchisees business and therefore all Starbucks should have same rules, standarized products?
