"This is my go-to Starbucks in Red Deer!! As someone who used to work as a Starbucks barista, I consistently order complicated drinks and know what I want out of my orders. This location has never messed up any of my drinks and the barista’s are always the most friendly people!! Love this place!!"

"Had a day trip to Red Deer for business. Breakfast was a must to survive the day. Found the Queens Diner with search here in Zomato and was sure glad I did!<br/ <br/ It was a throwback to long gone days when the food and service was prime. A lesson many of today’s establishments could learn.<br/ <br/ We were greeted with a friendly smile the moment we walked inside. We chose to seat in a booth instead of at the counter stools (I’ll be sitting there next time). Our friendly waitress was quickly to our table with much needed cups of coffee. I never saw the bottom of that cup as she continued to refill it with more piping hot java.<br/ <br/ Being a bacon egg breakfast traditionalist, my order was rapidly placed. It wasn’t long before the chef had it prepared in the open kitchen and was delivered to my table. All was prepared to my preference (over-easy, soft eggs, crisp bacon and dry whole wheat toast). Bacon lovers would love this place. This is not a two slice establishment! And the hash browns were real, fresh cut, skin-on red potatoes. Not the quick cook frozen variety that is made god knows wear by some robot.<br/ <br/ There was no pressure to quickly finish and leave. We were told to pay at the till once we were ready as she refilled our coffee cups.<br/ <br/ All-in-all, I will be back again. Hopefully to try out something in the other side of the menu. Highly recommend that you give this place a try. Especially if you grew up when diners were the places for a good, quick meal...not like today’s junk food drive thrus!"

"I view myself to be a bit of a meat eater of sorts - I have been able to eat at most restaurants in Red Deer as well as numerous others throughout western Canada and parts of the United States (perk of travelling with the company). When I heard some of the reviews of friends and co-workers who had stumbled upon Jose Jose - I had to try it for myself. The burger is huge, full of flavor and can fill most people to the point that you are not going to finish all the French fries on your plate. It's hard to put down given the size - you pretty much have to commit to finishing it once you start. :)I bring co-workers and students there now when they are in town and everyone I have brought there has sworn that they have to go back next time they are in town.BTW - heed any warning they give you about the hot sauce!!! Start off lower than you would think and work up to where you "think" that you are."

"Don't get take out, what a joke. 5$ for eztra cole slaw you get half a cuo. 4$ extra for truffle garlic fries with no flavour and almost no cheese. Dish was only decent part nut the rip off for the rest if it doesn't add up.Called the restaurant was told by who I assume is the manager well I'm not in the kitchen I don't know what you want me to do, call SKIP and maybe the will refund you Not getting my again."

"Made a delivery order over $100. Some food was missed and the delivery guy complained about the tip. Not impressed, never had this happen before. Tryed to lay a guilt trip, couldent beleave it. Prob wont order from here again."
