What Steve doesn't like about Trillium Farm To Table:
I 'd love to see more written explanation of what ingredients goes into the different menu items, because generally 98% of the menu is very unfamilliar, ie food names I 've never seen before. Also every vegetable side I 've tried had some base that seems to usually have vinegar and sugar? I love vinegar in my salad, but on vegetables generally not so much.
