Booked directly on their website with Cranberry in Ladybrand, meaning to book Cranberry in Kathu. Oops... called and emailed immediately to let them know. More than 4 weeks, 7 emails and 15 calls (all ignored) later, after threatening to go to social media and take legal action, Norman gave me a 75% refund citing his cancellation policy. Deal with this guy at your own risk! View all feedback.

Rooms large and comfortable. No water during loadshedding. Beautiful location. Limited internet access but they gave us vouchers to connect. Food was good but service terribly slow. Good location to travel to Lesotho Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4
