When you call to place an order it means you do not have the time to wait it the que for whatever reason. So it would be nice if telephone orders are taken more seriously. Orders at 15:14 only received my order after 20mins of waiting after I got there to pay and pick up. I didn't want to wait hense I called to pre-order.
