Ordered through Doordash, waited 45 minutes and got a call from Doordash 10 minutes before the order was supposed to be delivered stating they had to cancel. When I asked why, they stated they just could not fulfill the order; no other reason given. That is completely unacceptable and poor customer service. I had a great experience the first time I tried this restaurant, and it was amazing. I am happy to support a firefighter. The sandwich I tried was called the Beef Cheddar Brisket.
Delicious pastrami! This is the only sub chain I've tried with pastrami, so I will definitely be returning. I also appreciate the option to round up my check to support Front Line workers. That's a nice touch!
