Not sure what kind of Chinese that is, but it was absolutely amazing. Immigrant and saw the owner hand cutting chili peppers. She was also our server and very sweet personality. Some of the best Chinese I had in a while and in such a surprising place. The egg foo yung Patties were huge, like Omelettes and made clear fresh. They were fluffy and puffy, unlike the compact, smaller ones I'm used to. Only there was no fan... View all feedback.
