Second time I have ordered the beef rib pho. Ive gotten similar beef rib pho from graysons and it was delicious. Unlike graysons, this beef rib was inedible. Meat was rock solid and very little meat at all on it regardless. Feels like it may have been cooked day or so before and reheated. Barely any meat on the bone and what was there was rock solid. Shame on them for even serving it. View all feedback.
