Being from New Mexico Santiagos is the closest to New Mexican/Mexican food I found here in Colorado. In my opinion, your green Chile sauce is really good and the rest is simple, but delicious for a very reasonable price. However, this is not a seat to eat more of a fast food / take place. Always check to make sure you got what you actually ordered before you leave. TLDR: Good food, 3 stars for mislabeling and missing items from orders consistently.
