The French Press - Feedback

What rcj65 doesn't like about The French Press:
The food service was very slow. But that day was out of the ordinary. A cook quit and walked out on them. Needless to say it took an extra long time for our meals to arrive. BUT our server was outstanding. She was kind, apologetic and attentive. We were a large group of 11 as well. The cuisine was good that day. Some items were excellent, others were ordinary. We had the croque monsieur with potato salad. The herbed aioli with the creamy Gruyère cheese on the sandwich was amazingly smooth and flavorful, and the flavor of the bacon and scallion potato salad was like eating a creamy twice baked potato.
