Not our first Michelin restaurant experience but our best. The service was fantastic efficient and knowledgeable without being stuffy. The setting is beautiful. We had the Menu du Bistrot at lunch and left stuffed and very very happy. A multitude of very creative dishes yet only one didn't really hit the mark. The amuse bouche alone was 4 5 different items, followed by 3 different appetisers, 1 main, and 2 desserts.... read more.

We booked for lunch. We knew there was a change of chef but did not expect such a disaster. The guy does not have a palet. Bad preparation, bad cooking, tasteless. Fish was hardly edible, Food lacks any flavour. Even brownies for dessert were spoilt. We strongly recommend change of career. The owner welcomed our comments but did not make any gesture. One of the best meals of my life and certainly one of the most memorable. With a few days notice they prepared a vegan meal for my wife.

A really super Wednesday lunch at the excellent @lebistrotdelagarde which is sited at an altitude of around 1,000m on the site of what used to be the French nuc...
