What User likes about Bela Rosa:
First visit here and won’t be our last. We have been coming to Carvoeiro for years and never tried this place, that is our loss. Delicious garlic prawn starter, followed by sea bass fillets with lemon and capers, and steak for my husband. All cooked perfectly. Staff friendly and efficient. Great value for money. Very disappointed this time. Dined here in and the food was excellent. This time the main problem was every meal was lukewarm at best. I had fillet steak and I was given some fries. That was it. Nothing else. No vegetables. Nothing but a few fries and an average steak in a lukewarm sauce. You get off by booking via their website. Perhaps they take off of the dish in the form of any vegetables? I've never eaten steak... View all feedback.
