As a coeliac I didn’t feel comfortable eating here. They were upfront about not being able to guarantee no contamination which I appreciated but that was focused on the handling of the bread. Unfortunately the handling of the fillings wasn’t considered so I decided not to eat having watched them prepare it. My other half ate and we paid as I respected their efforts and honesty.
