I’ve been coming to Lagos for 15 years, since i was a child. The food is always great, but since turning vegetarian a few years ago i have always struggled to find a restaurant with a proper enjoyable vegetarian option; not just your usual veggie pizza or tomato pasta. Really disappoiting. Asked for olives, got some cut black olives with no taste at all together with a starter for which we waited 30 minutes. The starter were mussels el diablo, of which 1/3 were closed, which means they weren’t fresh. How can a chef serve closed mussels?
