"My whole family loves Athena Gyros. All on the menu is so tasty...The circles are the best we ever tasted and always fresh and savory. The salads are delicious and plentiful. Moussaka and baklava are perfectly prepared. The owners treat you like family and always say hello when you go and visit customers at the tables. Service is impeccable and always professional, but warm and friendly. We recommend Athena Gyro... You will not be disappointed!"

"Yesterday, 3/25/22 I decided to have dinner at the Daily Planet. It was my 3rd visit there. Each time I was here everything was perfect from the friendly greeting I received upon entering, to the specials that were offered that day. As soon as I sat down my waiter came to the table to ask for my drink order. My friendly waiter, Hector, recommended the spanish Paella which was loaded with seafood and chicken and was the most delicious I've ever tasted. It was extremely busy but the staff and another waiter Max handled a sudden 30 person party like super stars. Diligently, politely and smiles with all that street CONGRATS!! AND I can't wait to return."

"The service is terrible. Worst service ever. The guy who brought out the food had a terrible attitude and flung the food on the table. Our server took over but never apologized and/or acknowledged his unprofessional attitude. Never returning to this place and advise you stay far away. Very dismissive staff. The food was okay, not good enough to put up with the terrible staff. Drinks were good but again why bother with this place at all. "Awful service but decent food. Waited about 35 minutes just to order, appetizers took about another 45 minutes, after two hours my party got up and left because the entrees still had not arrived. Servers and host were incredibly rude and defensive, did nothing to acknowledge how poorly they were doing and got testy/angry when we asked when our food was coming and why every step of the meal had taken so long. I must say what little food we did receive was good, but it was only a few apps so I don’t know if the entrees would’ve been any good. Never go here when it’s even remotely busy because they will forget about you and get mad when you point it out. I’ll never be coming back."
