The food is good but the staff is not. I had gone in to pick up an order that I had placed and walked in a little early as I did not realize how close I was. Awful experience. Ordered through Slice and our order was almost an hour late before I called Sonny’s. They answered the phone incredibly rude stating that Slice was only “available for pickup” even though we had paid for delivery in the app. After contacting Slice, they informed us that the order was just picked up.
