"6 Nov. 2022. As promised during my visit on August 15, I returned after the harvest. And with a guest who sends this opinion: Hello to the brigade, I enjoyed this establishment in several reports. Careful and warm welcome. Quick service. Copious plates. Fresh and quality products. Tasty sauces and desserts. The installations are marked with the seal of simplicity. The motto of this remarkable establishment could be: Who comes to the Petite Maison, by guest is treated. We were three guests on 6 November 2022 on the terrace. Jean-Claude J. 15 Aug 2022. Holiday. With my wife we had booked another restaurant closer to our home, from 12 August, for this lunch in order to celebrate the Blessed Mary. But now that at noon less than a quarter, while we close the house to get there, our phone rings: "Here, the restaurant X... You had booked for this noon but I can't get you, my cook's down!". He was lucky this restaurant boss, that I had not already arrived at his door! I pass the details and come to the many phone calls that led us to "La Petite Maison". Ah, finally a restaurant that is not on answering... but my hope is quickly disenchanted: “We do not take reservations...—and...!— But wait till I tell you the following: we take the customers as they arrive. If you come now you will be served. Later, we don't know. "Thank you, we come; but we have a half hour drive." Really, it gets hard to feast at the restaurant on holidays... Look for the error. Well, it's about 13H when I "go down" my wife in front of La Petite Maison where there was a big dick: "Tell her we arrived, I'll park the car" (and it's another galery for the old and the disabled, in this beautiful and devout village of Lagrasse). This tour of town by car showed me plenty of other dicks, all very long... in front of every door of the rare open restaurants. "Like time restrictions" said my father. So I sit at the only table available where my wife had already taken place. And here I assure you that we don’t find long time! Especially since the staff don't waste time. And then, without falling into the promise or in the indiscretion, it is a good opportunity to exchange a few words with the side table where we wait... too! But here I am saved: I see a wine map; I catch it and observe it quickly because we know the region well. “Mary, what would you say about this rosé label: Paradise Valley, L’Ange Gris?”. Let's go! The boss saw my stratagem and approached. I show him our choice, he serves us immediately. "Thank you. Now take your time, you give us ours." Usually I do not stand to wait... but in these circumstances it was a pleasure: The Angel Gris of the label was an Angel of Light that really led us straight to the Paradise Valley! Once started, the service is fast. The simple kitchen breathes freshness. Addition without salt! We enjoyed ourselves in a good child atmosphere that we enjoyed. We'll come back... after the harvest! Finally, a detail: in these times of crisis where recycling has become necessary, the scenery tastefully reuse materials that have completed their first life with winemakers. One more star!"
