What User doesn't like about Tertulia:
It's no longer called tertulia now it's royalty. It has nothing to do with the restoration of years ago. I can't think of the current establishment. That's why if you call the phone, you don't get caught. It's no longer a traditional resturant although it looks good. View all feedback.
