We love Brussels Bistro, and have come for quite a few special occasions. The escargot are marvelous, the Champagne paté as well. The fries are to die for. On our most recent visit I had the mushroom soup and my husband had the meatballs. All excellent. Sancerre wines were featured, also some of our favorites. Go! View all feedback.
What martha ivette doesn't like about Brussels Bistro:
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, despite good reviews and recommendations. Although the hostess who seated us was disengaged, our server was good and knowledgeable. The best part of the meal was the bacon wrapped brie and warm baguette. Delicious. But the Dover sole and escargot were bland and tasteless and the mussels were tiny and shriveled. A loud group of 5 was seated next to us, which didn't help. View all feedback.
French and Belgium food. Very tasty mushroom soup puff pastry. My husband loved the lamb shank. Most other tables ordered mussels. Look delicious with baguette.
