Came today to try out this new Indian restaurant HotnChilli. Happy we did. Couldn't get enough if their buffet. Delicious everything I tried was excellent. Cef came out introducing himself, and offered a specialized dessert. Wish he would have come out sooner. I was to stuffed to take him up on it. We arrived at the beginning of dinner hour. The doors were open, but no one was in the dining room (although we had reservations). When I stepped to the kitchen door to enquirer, I was disgusted by what I saw. It was filthy. The sink area had black gunk everywhere and the floors looked as though they had never been cleaned.
