The food from Talay was amazing, you can't ask for a better view, and our server Johnny was really helpful while we ordered vegan options on the menu (and refilling the water- spice wimps taking on some spicy dishes lol). Food was delicious but I expected more being at The Montage and with the prices. I worked in the service industry for 16 years so I might be more critical than the average. Drinks took FOREVER. I made the mistake of returning my first one. For $22, it just wasn’t good. My second drink didn’t arrive until about 10 minutes after our entrees hit the table. I probably waited 20 minutes for it.
