I ordered the featured dark roast black, and my friend ordered Pikes with light cream. Mine was more bitter than expected, so I had a little cream added. Not sure if the cashier was having a bad day or not,but she was so rude. No smile no thank you. I have had several issues with this starbucks. They take forever to make a drink. I order at home and drive here and still wait sometimes 15 min. So never again. I will stick to the one that has very friendly people. read more.
