Front desk service was excellent. Haley was great with getting our room right away, and direction on where to park so it would be easier to get our bags into our rooms. The rooms were very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the room was nice and cool when arriving on a hot day. The location was perfect because there was an IHOP and a gas station which was very convenient. I would stay here again and again. View all feedback.
What Sandra d doesn't like about Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region:
Could have been cleaner for the price paid (nearly $200 for the night). Stray hairs in bathroom, no soap in the shower dispenser so had to use the hand soap for both sink and shower. Beds fairly comfortable though and breakfast was more than adequate.Rooms: 3/5 View all feedback.
