What Angie C likes about Evergreens:
LOVE Shades of Green! Beautiful property, huge rooms, and great amenities. such an awesome place for military families to utilize when visiting Disney World. I will never stay anywhere else when in Orlando! The proximity to the Polynesian was an extra bonus as well. Super easy to get there to access the monorail and to get a Dole Whip...every day! What Marci J doesn't like about Evergreens:
I'd give Shades 3.5 stars. Like others have said, it is exactly what you expect. The property and the rooms are older, but well kept. The staff is friendly and the food is fine. We only tried the breakfast to go downstairs and the coffee/ice cream shop upstairs. Both were easy and convenient. Good service and atmosphere. Friendly folks. Don't order the chicken nachos. It was pretty bad. Especially the cheese.
Quick and easy for the hotel stay. Great food and very affordable!!
