What Olaf Kirlin doesn't like about Cadillac Mexican Kitchen Tequila:
Average Mexican food over priced but decent if you're hungry. Ordered Cancun enchiladas it was blah but nachos were good. Sweet tea was not sweet and was just unsweet. Tacos Al carbon was good. But not one dish that was life changing or would order again this place just capitalizes on the hotel and not wanting to drive. He was very sincere, cordial and professional. Third, the food and drinks were amazing. My girl friend had the Redfish Del Mar, which she loved and I had the Mariscos Cozumel. It was awesome! There were no survivors. Try the Barrel-Aged Hibiscus Margarita! To Ashley, Kendal the bar tenders and the cooking staff...Kudos! You guys are awesome!
The Cadillac Margarita was watery, in any case could not taste a big naval in it. The frozen Sangria tasted as if it had been made with a cheap mix. I couldn't even drink it. The Fajitas (combo) had no taste and were rather sad looking. The waitress was very nice. But not worth the food.
Very disappointed, Charro beans was more like chili, Fajita meat was not fajita, chicken fajita enchiladas was mixed meat (White Dark); We expected Mexican food, got Mexican food; We will not return to this restaurant
I ordered 1 piece of Key Lime cake after eating my meal at the bar. Waited for 16 minutes and when it didn't come out, I told the waiter to make it just cancer if it will take so long. Then he miraculously puts it on a record, but forget, I told him his TO GO. I should have read all BAD REVIEWS that this place has saved me from the CONTINUING BAD SERVICE!
I would like to begin by saying that I have never thought about a review, but was totally frustrated with how easy a court I ordered to make it messed up. I ordered a simple cheese enchilada dish, that was $16. I asked for only cheese in the Enchiladas and half of the Enchiladas had salad that should not even be in the Enchiladas and it also had the onions that I specifically asked not to have.
