So I tried it twice, hoping it'd be better the second time I was disappointed.
I stopped in here, after an exasperating search for good pizza in Sarasota - a search that has taken years.
Update: After eating here almost every Friday for 10 months it's seems like they have changed their pizza dough and it's just not the same.

"Cool place in a historic building downtown. We got breakfast sandwiches and beignets along with our coffee. Staff were great, and so was the food and coffee."

"This place has the best Barbacoa tacos I have had . The tacos come out with just the meat. They have ALL THE FIXINS at the salsa bar . If you order pack of tacos togo .They give you pretty large containers for you fixins. Just to put this review in to perspective I am from Southern California . We have great Mexican food restaurants. This one would do just as good there."

"I am so excited that Botsky's recently added the Beyond Burger to their menu. In a town with very few options for vegan/vegetarians, this was a very welcome addition. They also have a veggie dog. There is a respectable list of veggies as topping options, as well as some non-dairy based sauces. My husband and I got the burgers. They were delicious. The employee taking our order told us that he has been vegan for 8 years. Employees were very friendly and even excited that they are now offering the Beyond Burger. They checked to make sure that we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend! Updated from previous review on 2018-12-01"

"First trip to SB. Played it safely with gumbo and fried shrimps. Wow, we saw some things delivered to the tables around us that look really good. Our meal was fresh and perfectly cooked. Will be back on my next trip to the east. The seasons are also great on the fries."

"The Chicken, dipping sauce, and the toast are always incredible. The fries are also good, just not on the same level. I don't care for Cole Slaw ever, but I know many people who do enjoy it.The lines are incredible long right now, frequently stretching out of the parking lot and down Ryan Street. Don't let this discourage you though, because Cane's has evolved to handle this extra business. We were probably the 15th car in line and still had our food in 7 minutes. I was very impressed by their ingenuity!On my most recent trip we ordered the 25 strip tailgate box. When we got to the window the price was $12 more than what the sign suggested. Naturally, we changed our order at the window. Other than this strange occurrence, our experience at Cane's was great as we've come to expect. That's my only reason that this review wasn't five stars."
