Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of the food. I ate it way too fast. The restaurant was clean. They immediately waited us and set us down. We ordered an appetizer. It came quickly. The drinks were quickly refilled. The food came out quickly and fast. It was hot and fresh. The portion size is large. We ordered the house lo mein, steamed dumplings, Mongolian bbq and friend rice. What RVPeak doesn't like about Jo Jo's China Bistro(lake Charles):
There was nothing remarkable about dining there. The food was mildly seasoned, even though I asked for extra spices. The portions were large, even though I ordered a seven piece wings and only got six. Overall, there was nothing that would make me rave to my friends to try this place. View all feedback.
The rice was MUSHY. I’m not kidding when I say ,you can count your pieces of meat.
Not worth the money. Rice no flavor, Just rice and soy sauce Kung po chicken, again no flavor and 4 small peices of chicken. Not spicy and had a very dark color. Wonton soup, was okay. It had a dark yellow tint. Didn't look appetizing, But tasted okay. $8.50 for vegetables, rice and 4 small pieces of chicken. Will not be back. ?
This place is amazing the food and service I come about twice a week before work their Hibachi Delight and Coconut shrimp are beyond delicious love this place highly recommend!!
Quick lunch stop. Prices are really good. You get plenty to fill you up, and the flavor was good. The fried rice was a little bland, but mix it with the broccoli chicken, it is better. Restaurant is very clean and waiter was so nice and attentive. Might try something different next time.
Jo Jo's is my go to Chinese restaurant. Always get it to go. Lately I don't get what I ordered. Once I'm home it's to late!! Check it before you leave !!!! This has happened four times now. I'll go back but I'll check my food before I
