What User doesn't like about Tcby:
Don't even know where to start. Upon walking in, I noticed the place was quite dirty. The white chocolate always been my go to flavor but it was not in stock. I politely asked if I could try another flavor being I'd never tried it. I was told they don't allow samples bc people eat a bunch of samples and leave. I explained I just wanted a small try, and we're going to purchase. Again told that the Mgr doesn't allow it... View all feedback.
