"Came in to watch game 5 of World Series. We sat at the bar (no liquor). Ordered a beer and iced tea. The waitress handed my wife a to go cup and told her to go into the restaurant and fill her cup with ice, then she will fill it with the tea when she gets back with the ice. Asked for a menu. Tried to order food from the waitress. She told me that I had to order from the restaurant. She clarified, I had to get up, walk to the cashier and order my food. Needless to say, we decided not to order food. Why would you open a Sports Bar , not serve alcohol, offer a food menu at the bar but not full service? The business model from the outside doesn 't match the service on the inside. To be fair, we have eaten at the other Murrieta location and the food is good."

"This is my favorite Jersey Mike 's store by far! I ordered my sandwich via the app, and picked it up to a smiling face. I really wish I would have gotten the employee 's name, she really made my day.
