We were surprised to find Oaken Bistro Bar in a Hyatt Place, but decided to give it a try. It was a lovely setting and our server could not have been nicer. The kitchen was a bit slow, but our server kept us informed and we had lots to talk about, so it was no big deal. The Penne with Mushrooms, sausage and cheese was fantastic, the portion size perfect and the presentation in a skillet made for a fine meal. View all feedback.
