What User likes about Sammy's Original:
Cool place. Full bar Many seats. Drinks where well poured. You have live bands a few nights a week. The food was good. The menu is typical American bar food. They have two decent terraces. The BEST part is that you can play on the horse race. They also offer CA Lotterie Hot Spot. Overall a good experience. I will go back View all feedback.

Like the place, but bartender was very inattentive, maybe not open for lunch if customers can't find it. I shouldn't go to the kitchen to find him to order my food or close my check. All in the bars were empty and everyone looked around. Food was decent, but service is terrible, all workers are nowhere to find, they need to look in the kitchen. Betting on some horses. Grubbed a great burger. Jalapeno on top had some real kick
it's okay on big race days !!! but drinks are way overpriced and betting on the horses can make for one big tab...
