Starbucks Coffee - Lake Forest

This Starbucks has a lot of traffic, but the staff was through some unexpected attempts. They pulled it together and Erica really kicked it up, and I could hear her review with the staff, do the mountains of work and keep everything together. Amazing work from her and the staff.

I just had the most pleasant experience with Meryn. She is brilliant, super friendly and knowledgeable about everything she serves. Your high energy really did my day! Will definitely return to this industry only for the fun experience that the staff brings, especially Meryn

Great staff and they work well together. I enjoyed my visit here! They must teach other places as they do, it made me easy and made it nice to be there.

There is a young gentleman under the name of George, he is very great to go to the Starbucks great personality and he makes a very common drink to order everything you want

What a delightful experience! In town visiting family, this is near my hotel. I find Starbucks hit or miss, with far more misses... I have just passed a lovely time here, continually impressed by this neighborhood coffee shop. It is busy, one of the busiest SBs I've been in, and yet everyone here is smiling, hustling, solving any problems that arise. And let's be honest with this constant flow of customers, problems happen. But the few I have seen have been handled cheerfully, apologetically and quickly. Everyone is treated like an old friend, everyone is important. I wish I could pick this up and transport it to my town!
