I don't like Chinese food because most times the food tends, not well flavored. It always seems only fat and salt, no matter where. Shockingly China Max is not like your average Chinese place. It's so much better. The food is tasteful and tasty and a pleasure to consume. I usually get Fried Rice or Low Mein, with Bourbon chicken and vegetables.
