The hospitality staff was rude. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were amazing. The restaurant and bar staff didn't care much about your meal. The servers did not help each other out, but the bus staff worked very hard. It was OK to serve cold food and improperly made drinks. Don't forget to check some kind of LIMIT on your room.
