The General Manager of the store was sitting down at the table and the only gentleman to help me was a young man. He sliced, topped and sold my Sandwhich and the manager did nothing. I stayed to eat to see what would happen and shortly after I was cleaning up my table I could overhear the GM talking to his staff and using such colorful and disrespectful language. I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Lake in the Hills, Illinois location. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. Their teamwork was impressive and made for a fantastic dining experience.
I absolutely adore the staff at this restaurant! They provide outstanding customer service, serve delicious food, and are always attentive. I appreciate that they are accommodating when I request separately cut cheese on my vegetarian dish. They are even willing to dismantle the machine and clean it if they don't have pre-cut cheese available. They know my usual order by heart, which makes me a loyal customer for life!
We had a great experience at this restaurant, especially since my daughter has celiac disease and requires gluten-free options. They take special care in preparing her gluten-free sauces in a separate kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.
Jersey mikes ever got a huge truthahn with 8, the right 8 shaved trips of truthahnfleisch 22 dollar should they shamed dont go to this love
