Gumbo tasted like the roux was burnt or out of a jar and very old, the shrimp in the gumbo was also very chewy and the sausage was mushy, did not care for this experience at all, they did comp my meal so I was to only pay for my drink but come to find out somehow even though the cards were with the individual recipes our waitress mixed up our cards and I was charged for my co workers meal.
