Kicking myself for not reading the description before ordering two eggplant parm sandwiches for pickup. I love eggplant parm heros (sandwiches) and get them all the time so didn’t think I’d need to read a description of it. My mistake. Here the eggplant is not breaded and fried. It is grilled.
