Location is great cause it's just 8 minute drive from lake LouiseIt's a plaza with a couple of other souvenir shops, market, and even a candy store.

Great place to grab breakfast or lunch on the go for a very reasonable priceThey offer a huge variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups and coffees.

"We had an excellent cocktail course to start.Our server Asher recommended the Chateau 3 course experience which was very good. He sold us on the wine pairing which did not disappoint. The quality of the food was very good and although not huge portion, seemed to satisfy our big appetite. Cheese fondue, rainbow trout, filet mignon, then chocolate fondue, pair with appropriate wine. I would recommend going all out like we did tonight. My wife and I were very satisfied for our honeymoon dinner. Everything was basically perfect. Our server Asher made the experience well worth our time and money. Looking forward to returning to this restaurant in the future. I would even go as far to say requesting the same server Asher for a repeat perfect dining experience. 5 Stars."

"A good restaurant in Banff where we stopped for a breakfast. Expectedly, vegetarian dishes were limited. They have used old shoes for decorative purposes. And they provide interesting stories about the history of shoes displayed."

"Excellent!!!!. My wife and I ate dinner there on Saturday night during the ice carving festival. Beautiful old station building that adds so much character to your meal. It has a lot of the original structure to it, as well as lots of neat items to look at from when it was a functioning station. <br/>You can have a nice building but is the food any good. I had a bison burger and my wife had the prime rib. Both were really great and I would order both again. <br/>The best part, you get all this for half the price of a meal at the Chateau."
