who would have thought you could have great Chinese dishes in the lake? moon star is great. the hot and acidic suppe is great. spicey as it should be. baked dumplings, bark sticks and all other appetizers are delicious, fresh and properly cooked to order. general tsoas huh is always a favorite. we have this and one of their special areas every week. only 10 minutes from the lake george. the journey worth it. Of all the Chinese restaurants I have ever visited, this is the worst! We ordered roast pork with broccoli and sesame chicken combination plates, which come with fried rice and egg rolls. The rice is not fried, it's fluffy with a couple of pieces of chicken scattered in. The egg rolls are tiny, not crispy with very little inside. Wonton soup is decent, but wontons are hard!
