Chicken Salad Chick - Lake Mary

I ordered a Fancy Nancy sandwich with Brocoli Salad…but this is what I had when I got home ?The drive thru service was great and personable…but not my food order.

Upon first glance of walking in, the place was cute. We chose to dine in which was a mistake. The front staff were all teens glued to their cellphones while sitting at tables that did not greet us when we walked in, the lemons at the drink station were warm slimy, the booths were filthy and sticky, the floors were covered in crumbs and food pieces. The food was okay but the dirty dining room and lazy staff was a huge turn off. I got the pasta salad as a side and it was disgusting and tasted old. If your staff has time to sit and look at their phones, they have time to wipe a booth down and vacuum the floor! Especially since there was absolutely nobody in the store and we were the only dine in order. Maybe switch the lemons after they have sat all day long. Not a “superb” experience like they claim it to be, Would recommend the drive thru or take out definitely skip the pasta salad if you don’t want to be disappointed.

The chicken salad sandwich was great, chicken and dumplings soup not so great. I have been here a couple of times, and the salads are excellent. The service is good too.Food: 3/5

I already love Chicken Salad Chick, but I went in there on Saturday afternoon after having a rough day, and the girls who were working were so sweet to me. They were the perfect example of what it means to provide outstanding customer service and I wanted to make sure to give them a shout out. I wish I'd asked for names, but I didn't get the chance. You guys are lucky to have them!

Cori could definitely use better costumer service as she didnt even say a your welcome or even welcome me when i got to the window just handed my stuff and closed the windowFoods good though but definitely felt not welcomed
