Today is March 21, 2024 5:36pm the VERY FIRST time I have ever experienced TERRIBLE customer service at my happy place. I walked in, wasn’t greeted. Ok, I’m willing to look past this, although RUDE! The employee working (no name tag) kept working and NEVER acknowledged my presence. I stood at the counter in her face for about 3 minutes she NEVER asked to take my order or anything. ice cream always tastes good, but the service is very hit or miss there. i'm sorry your customers are such a burden.
